The city of DeKalb, IL bans smoking; Star Worlds Arcade gets a Smokey Joe? We at Star Worlds are always looking for games that fit our slogan! In the Vintage Vault, we have added a new... well not so new game. Even the kids of the big arcade BOOM of the late 70's-early 80's might not remember this one. :-) Remember when video games were played on black & white TV screens? Come put your driving skills to the test and play Atari's 1978 Smokey Joe. The game may look simple, but almost 30 years later it still packs a punch with a lot of challenging fun! You race through the streets with no real goal other than to get as far as you can while avoiding curbs, oil splats and parked cars. Ms. Pac-Man is the queen of our Vintage Vault, but by the plays we've seen in one week she might have a new contender. Grab your fire hoses, hats, boots and tokens... come give Smokey Joe a drive!
